Problem Statement
Consumers often struggle to sell used electronics quickly and at a fair price.
Existing resale options are fragmented, inconvenient, or lack transparency.
Dealers lack a centralized, efficient way to source devices at scale.
I was the sole designer on the team, fully owning the end-to-end design process across three major workstreams—leading app design for mobile and desktop, and overseeing implementation testing. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to create new features, establish a new design system, and drive the rollout of key product enhancements.

User Registration & Onboarding – Registration is simple and user-friendly.
Accounts are activated after company document validation by a representative.
Ensures a trusted and verified dealer ecosystem.

The app is designed to encourage continuous dealer participation – custom labels indicate bidding status:
"In win range" – the level that guarantees devices will be delivered up until desired quantity required by the bidder.
"1st place" – will get the best grade devices.
